The Trinity

God has existed in relationship with Himself for all of Eternity. He has existed as one entity but three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It is similar to a pie that is cut into individual pieces. Each member of the Trinity serves different functions; however, all possess the same power and authority.

 The Father

God is all powerful, all knowing, ever present, unchanging, and completely worthy of our trust, and most of all, Holy. It is only through Him that we live, move, and even exist. God is good all the time. He is our loving, compassionate, and faithful Father who keeps all His promises.

The Son

Jesus Christ is human, but completely God at the same time. He is the only way for bringing people who are far from God back into a right relationship with the Father. He lived a perfect life, so that He could be a substitute for us in satisfying God’s demands for perfection. He defeated death in His resurrection so that we can have life and to live it fully.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit’s presences assures us of our relationship with Christ. The Holy Spirit guides believers, and convicts people of their sin and their coming judgement. The Holy Spirit comforts us, gives us spiritual gifts, and makes us more Christ-like.

Eternity

Mankind is created to exist forever. They will either exist eternally separated from God or exist eternally in union with Him through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is Heaven. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.

Mankind

Man is made in the image of God is the favorite of all His creation. Since the beginning of time, God’s intent for man was full fellowship with God, but became separated through sinful disobedience. As a result, man cannot attain a right relationship through his own efforts.

Every human personality is uniquely created, possess dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love.

Salvation

The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through forgiveness of sin. Salvation occurs when man places their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin and simply asks for forgiveness of sin. Salvation is a gift from God and cannot be earned by our own efforts.

The Church

The Church is a local community of believers unified through faith in Christ. it is committed to the teachings of Jesus Christ, obeying all of His commands, and bringing the gospel to the world. The church works together in love and unity, and intent on the ultimate purpose of glorifying Christ.
